Habyt is a coliving operator that was founded in Berlin, Germany in 2017. In today’s market, Habyt operates in 5 European countries with a portfolio of 4000 rooms. Their vision is that finding a house should be easy, living in it should be beautiful and sharing it should be enriching. You can join their locations in Berlin, Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Stuttgart, Lisbon and hopefully soon in Paris, Denmark, and even the far-flung places of Russia, Asia and South America. You can decide to stay in your private living area or share it with a member of the community.

One of the first coliving players globally, Quarters, was not doing well last year and the covid-19 pandemic made their bankruptcy official on the 15th of January. Now it is currently owned by Habyt with a full focus on growing via M&A. “Combining this with Quarters’ large portfolio of 2.1k live units will no doubt ensure Habyt becomes the leader of the coliving sector in Europe and perhaps the globe, says Luca Bovone.
The Habyt brand is built on three pillars: simplicity, community and design. Habyt offers all its members a simple, transparent, online move-in and move-out process. Once you move in, you will be able to enjoy shared spaces with like-minded people such as professionals, artists and entrepreneurs. Choosing your life

Habyt offers 3 types of accommodation: coliving, apartment sharing and private accommodation. Depending on your preferences, you will always have your privacy in your bedroom. The rooms and apartments are smartly designed to make storing your personal stuff easier while keeping the room spacious. In most rooms, you can find a bathroom, wardrobe, queen size bed. In the rest of the building, you will find a coworking space adjacent to a community space, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a common area. Habyt includes all services and amenities in the rent price, meaning that there are no extra costs to worry about. Your monthly rent will include furniture, weekly cleaning, utilities, support, Wi-Fi and more.
The first coliving service they offer is the private room with shared common areas. It starts from €600 per month. It includes common areas such as coworking spaces, communal kitchens, shared living rooms, etc. Besides, it brings a community with like-minded people.
The shared rooms start from €700 a month and are apartments with 2-3 bedrooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom.
Lastly, the private apartments start from €800 per month and include a sleeping room with an ensuite bathroom and a private kitchen making it your personal apartment. Generally included in all services are:
